- Fold the Belt in half
- Place the middle of the belt in the middle of your stomach
- Bring the left end of your belt all of the way arouind your body back to the front
- Bring the right end all of the way around your body (lying on top of the left end) back to the front so belt is wrapped around the body twice.
- Bring the right end under both layers of belt
- Bring the right end down in the front
- Bring left end around behind right end forming knot
- Pull both ends into a right not
NOTE: Know should for a letter “C” opening to the right.
